These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the User", "the Player", "you") and Garuda678 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at garuda678.cam and all associated services, games, features, and promotional offerings provided therein.

• Single Account: You may hold only one (1) registered account on the Garuda678 Platform. The maintenance of multiple accounts by any single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any accumulated balances.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion restriction, whether imposed voluntarily through our Responsible Gambling tools or by any external regulatory authority.
• Not a Restricted Person: Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of Garuda678 are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in any promotional offering.

To access the gaming and betting services offered by Garuda678, you are required to complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information as requested. You represent and warrant that all information submitted during registration is truthful and that you will maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the duration of your account.

Upon successful registration, you will be issued account credentials consisting of a username and password. The Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, which includes submission of a valid Malaysian identification document (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence) and proof of address, must be completed before the first withdrawal can be processed. Documents submitted must be genuine, current, and clearly legible. Fraudulent documentation will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Your use of the Garuda678 Platform is subject to the following conditions of use, which you agree to observe at all times:

• You will use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You will not use the Platform in any manner that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to the rights of Garuda678 or other users.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that the outcome of all games and betting markets is uncertain. Garuda678 does not guarantee any particular outcome or return on any wager.
• You accept that the Platform's records shall be the definitive source of truth for all transactions, game results, and account activity in the event of any dispute.
• You will not attempt to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reversed.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence software to interact with the Platform or to derive an unfair advantage over other players.
• You agree to play in good faith and to refrain from any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated abuse of promotional offers.

Garuda678 reserves the right to void any transaction, withhold any winnings, or suspend any account where there is reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these terms of use has occurred, pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal conduct is suspected, Garuda678 reserves the right to report such conduct to relevant law enforcement authorities without prior notice.

Garuda678 supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through a range of locally preferred payment channels, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20). All Player Funds are maintained separately from operational funds.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited instantly.
• Deposits via FPX and DuitNow bank transfer are typically processed within 5–10 minutes, subject to the processing times of the issuing bank.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the requisite number of network confirmations, typically within 15–30 minutes.
• Garuda678 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder.

Withdrawals:

• All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of the KYC verification process prior to processing.
• Active wagering requirements attached to any Bonus Funds must be fully met before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on the same account, subject to availability.
• Processing times are estimates and are subject to the operational hours and processing capacity of the relevant payment provider. Garuda678 is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
• Garuda678 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to approving a withdrawal request as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

Garuda678 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the general terms set out in this clause, as well as any specific terms and conditions published in relation to each individual promotion.

• Bonuses are available exclusively to players aged 21 years and above who have completed account registration.
• Each eligible player may claim each welcome bonus offer only once. Duplicate accounts created for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and the termination of all associated accounts.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be satisfied in full before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Garuda678 reserves the right to impose game restrictions on the use of Bonus Funds. Certain game categories, including live dealer tables and certain high-RTP slots, may not contribute to wagering requirements or may contribute at a reduced rate.
• Bonus Funds have an expiry period as specified in the individual promotion terms. Unclaimed or unutilised Bonus Funds will be removed from the account upon expiry.
• Garuda678 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to hedging bets, coordinated multi-account bonus harvesting, or pattern wagering designed to complete wagering requirements at minimal risk — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and winnings.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Garuda678 Platform. Violation of any of the below will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated identity information or documentation during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform while subject to an active self-exclusion restriction.
• Using the Platform while located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Engaging in match-fixing, score manipulation, or any other conduct that corrupts the integrity of sporting events offered on the sportsbook.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or other non-human means to interact with Platform games or betting markets.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or display errors in game outcomes or odds to place wagers with an artificial advantage.
• Conducting any form of money laundering through the Platform's deposit and withdrawal infrastructure.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct towards Garuda678 staff, support agents, or other players.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to Garuda678's systems, databases, or other players' accounts.

All content on the Garuda678 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software code, and design elements (collectively, "Platform Content"), is the exclusive intellectual property of Garuda678 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform Content solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial entertainment use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: (a) reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform Content; (b) modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any Platform Content; (c) use any Platform Content for commercial purposes; or (d) frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or service.

The Garuda678 name, logo, and associated brand identifiers are registered or unregistered trade marks of Garuda678. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Garuda678, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform or Services.

Garuda678's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Player Funds (exclusive of Bonus Funds) held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

Garuda678 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary service interruptions.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time and for any reason. You may close your account by submitting a written request to our customer support team via live chat. Garuda678 will process account closure requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the resolution of any pending transactions or active wagering requirements.

Garuda678 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Garuda678 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with your Account.
• You have engaged in any form of prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 8.
• Regulatory, licensing, or legal requirements necessitate the suspension or closure of your Account.

Upon termination for cause, Garuda678 reserves the right to withhold any Account balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, Garuda678 may forfeit any remaining balance as compensation for damages caused. Where no breach is confirmed and the termination is initiated by Garuda678 without cause, any verified Player Funds will be returned to the account holder via a method determined by Garuda678.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Garuda678 is licensed to operate, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and Garuda678, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Garuda678 will endeavour to address all complaints within a reasonable timeframe. All formal complaints should be submitted in writing via live chat or to our official support email address.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation, both parties agree to attempt resolution through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation. Garuda678's records and system logs shall serve as prima facie evidence in any dispute resolution process.

Garuda678 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, Garuda678 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, provide notice to registered users via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you disagree with any amended terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request account closure.

Garuda678 may also modify the Services, including the range of games available, payment methods supported, and promotional structures, at any time without prior notice. Such changes do not constitute a material amendment to these Terms.
